Peacefully go along
This is yet another tactic to achieve another goal: getting away from the cop. I might use this if I think the cop is unruly on unreasonable and I'd rather tell my story to a judge.
In this practice session, I think John gave too much information to the cop. He didn't give much information, but some of what he gave was too much.
